Eyemouth Variety Group will perform “The Steamie” by Tony Roper on 17th and 18th January 2013. This much loved, funny play is set one Hogmany in the 1950’s in Glasgow, Four Glasgow women of various ages and personalities gather in the local wash-house (or “Steamie”) to do their last laundry of the year and take pleasure in many a wind up of their male boss Andy!
